Methodology of development of the capture strength among the skilled fighters of the Greco-Roman style with application of the simulator

Annotation
The article deals with the peculiarities of the use of methods for development of the capture special strength among thefighters with high qualification based on the application of simulator and specially selected set of exercises within week microcycle of especially preparatory and beginning of pre-competition period. Examples of one-week training microcycle for the fighters have been presented, with detailed description of the special exercises application aimed at solving the pedagogical problems. The description of the developed training simulator has been given, the application of which gives not only the training effect, but also allows evaluating and monitoring the force of compression of the body of an athlete. The article also presents the data received based on the study of general and special physical training, technical training of skilled fighters acquired during pedagogical experiment. The efficiency of the proposed methodology application has been proved.
