Effectiveness of the content of sap-surf fitness classes with women of the second mature age

Abstract
The article presents the experimental data on the effectiveness of the use of aquafitness – sap-fitness in the process of training wellness classes with women 40-45 years old, as well as the impact of these classes on physical fitness and the indicator of the emotional state of those involved. The purpose of the study is empirical substantiation of the effectiveness of the use of sap – fitness classes with women of the second mature age. Organization of research. Two groups of women aged 40-45, 12 people each, took part in the pedagogical experiment. The experimental group was engaged in the basis of sap fitness according to the developed contents with immersion in water and only on the surface of the sap surf for 5 months. The control group was engaged in the content of aqua-noodle. Conclusions. Based on the data obtained, reliable advantages in terms of physical fitness and emotional state of women in the experimental group were established.
