Abstract
The article presents the results of the study of the psychological state of naval servicemen based on the questionnaire survey during the long sea period. The data show that the psycho-emotional state has important place in the process of fulfilling the tasks of military-professional activity. The conclusion was made on the necessity of psychological unloading of military man by means of physical training. The relevance of the topic is due to the expansion of knowledge about the importance of physical training classes for relieving the emotional stress of the military man of the Navy.
