Methods of playing track and field athletics with children aged 5–7 years old in the system of additional education in kindergarten

Abstract
The aim of the study is to experimentally substantiate the methodology of playing track and field athletics with children aged 5-7 years in the system of additional education, based on the integration of the content of the educational areas of the kindergarten program. It is determined that the introduction of the methodology of playing athletics with children has a positive impact on physical fitness and on the achievement of the target targets of the preschool education program by children.
