Abstract
In the present study, the central element of the adaptation process is the modeling of motor modes of sports and games orientation based on the assessment of the indicators of the psychophysical state of the neuromuscular system. As they adapt to motor-game activity, the management of the activity of the muscular apparatus of former athletes (sports veterans) is optimized, which gives grounds to formulate the content aspects of motor training and to determine the distinctive features of the adaptation of the motor apparatus. The article presents the results of a pedagogical experiment, the purpose of which was to justify the assessment of the indicators of the psychophysical state and motor fitness of former athletes under the influence of basketball classes. A study with the participation of 16 former athletes (age men 30–40) shows the possibility of practical application of the psychophysical state of the neuromuscular system, which largely determine the effectiveness of specific controls wellness process. The dominant role is assigned to the empirical component with the use of instrumental / hardware tools that record actual data, which is an indispensable condition for the perception and adequate assessment of the current motor-game situation, taking into account individual indicators of the psychophysical state of the neuromuscular system and motor fitness. Diagnostic changes in the indicators of the psychophysical state and motor fitness are the result of motor training, reflecting the achieved performance in the formed motor skills and skills that contribute to the effectiveness of the target activity in strictly regulated conditions.
Keywords: motor model, sports and game activity, motor mode, wellness orientation.
