Abstract
In the scientific article, based on the results of the scientific study, the methodological foundations of physical training are considered on the example of athletes of skiers and track and field athletes. The article substantiates the effectiveness of the use of training loads to increase the adaptive capabilities of various physiological systems of the body to perform tasks by employees of the internal affairs bodies in extreme conditions of operational and service activities. Also, according to the results of the research, it was revealed that different sports that contribute to the formation of the same physical qualities improve the functional systems of general adaptation to different degrees. The results of the conducted scientific research allowed us to assert that physical training contributes to the formation of adaptive features of the body to various types of operational and service activities.
