Abstract
Factors have been identified that determine the need to synchronize the development of high-speed power qualities and coordination abilities among the young hockey players. As the main factors determining the need to synchronize the development of high-speed power qualities and coordination abilities among the young hockey players, respondents noted the features of physical activity that hockey players experience during the game, as well as the need for high-quality performance of complex technical techniques on the ice site. Respondents also drew attention to the creation of conditions for expanding the arsenal of team tactical actions during the game, as well as expanding the prerequisites for more effective development of motor abilities among young hockey players. Of great importance are the creation of prerequisites for the effective mastery of skating techniques, coordinated work with the club and power wrestling techniques at the side, as well as on the patch in front of the gate, as well as the need to achieve a high level of development of dexterity and speed in actions among young hockey players.
Keywords: factors, young hockey players, synchronization of development, coordination capacities, high-speed power qualities, sports training.
