Abstract
Gymnastics is a complex coordination sport that girls begin to be engaged in at the age of 5-6 years, and after two years of classes they master free-style exercises with acrobatics elements and exercises on gymnastic shells. This, in turn, represents special requirements for the formation of the motor (gymnastic) school, the level of development of basic physical qualities, including the coordination abilities of young gymnasts. At the same time, the coordination complexity of gymnastics exercises and the development of skills require the improvement of motor coordination training methods that can provide the necessary basis for the effective exercise. The purpose of the study was to develop and substantiate the complex method of motor coordination training for girls 6-7 years old, being engaged in gymnastics by using gymnastics shells - trampoline, gymnastics log, as well as choreography. Methodology and organization of the study. The study was carried out on the basis of the Municipal Budgetary Institution of the additional organization «Children and Youth Sports School» in Ozyorsk. Girls 6-7 years old engaged in sports gymnastics in the amount of 20 people took part in the pedagogical experiment. The participants in the experiment would be divided into two groups: control (n=10) and experimental (n=10). Gymnastics training classes were organized 3 times a week, the duration was 90 minutes. The construction of training classes in control and experimental groups was carried out on the basis of the Federal Standard for Sports Training in the «Sport Gymnastics», approved by Order of the Ministry of Sports of Russia dated October 27, 2017 No. 935; and also in accordance with the pre-professional sports anthem-stick program. The structure of the motor-coordination training of girls of the experimental group was carried out according to the developed experimental method using gymnastic shells – trampoline and gymnastic log, as well as choreography tools and included the development of the ability to orient in space, to react, adapt and restructure motor actions, control of the right and left half-body, the ability to maintain balance. The development of the motor coordination abilities of girls aged 6-7 years old was carried out with  the pre-property game method. In the control group, the maintenance of dual-geo-coordination training of young gymnasts was planned according to the content and orientation of the standard training program. As a result of the experiment, the effectiveness of the experimental technique was substantiated and its effect on the indicators of coordination of movements of girls 6-7 years old was revealed.
