Abstract
In this article, the issue of choosing the most optimal breathing method in the process of training activity of kickboxers aged 18–25 years old is considered. As you know, the choice of the breathing method determines many processes, occurring in the body of those involved, this is the adaptation of the body, its fatigue and, of course, efficiency. The authors of this article have identified the most acceptable way of breathing during physical work of different directions and intensity. Scientific novelty of the research results lies in the selection and use of the most optimal breathing method in the training process and competitive activity of kickboxers. The practical significance of the research results lies in the optimization of the training process, as well as the use of different modes of breathing for kickboxers in different conditions of training athletes of percussion types of single combats.
