Abstract
The high potential of the person's resource capabilities actualizes adaptation to extreme life and professional situations. The study analyzes the resource index on the example of the medical students, and it identifies the factors that increase resource availability during the period of medical and volunteer assistance in the fight against COVID-19, it determines the tolerance of students to stress, the assessment of subjective well-being and the relationship of the studied parameters, which is of practical importance, as it makes the learning process motivated and allows you to qualitatively form professional competencies.
