Abstract
The study presents the results of the testing the physical training of cadets of the Volsky military Institute of material support based on taking into account the bioenergetic types of the body. The bioenergetic type of the cadets' organism was determined using the software package "Express assessment of functional and reserve capabilities "D and K Test". Assessment of physical training was determined by the sum of points scored for performing physical exercises. As a result of testing general physical training, the highest volume of points are scored by cadets of the "anaerobic type".
Keywords: bioenergetical type, cadets, physical readiness.
