Abstract
The purpose of the research is to develop the methodology for the differentiated physical and technical training of the university students in the long jump with the running start on the basis of the optimal ratio of their physical and technical readiness. Research methodology and organization. Based on the experimental data, multiple regression equations were compiled, linking the results in the long jump with a takeoff run with the indicators of a 20-meter run on the move and a long jump from a spot. The study involved 197 first and second year students of the Russian State Social University, which was conducted in the 2017-2018 academic year. Research results. We determined the influence of physical qualities on the distance of a running jump. The calculated score in this exercise is determined by constructing a multiple regression equation. The peculiarities of the influence of the indices of physical and technical readiness on the sports result in the long jump with the running start are traced among the students of different sexes. In the pedagogical experiment, the effectiveness of the methodology of differentiated physical and technical training of university students has been proved. Conclusion. The methodology of differentiated physical and technical training of university students in the long jump with a takeoff is effective and efficient.
Keywords: methodology, physical and technical training, long jump from the run, university students, differentiation.
