Abstract
The authors of the article substantiated the technology of sports training of young swimmers at the stage of initial specialization, which provides for the phased process of synchronizing physical and technical training with the implementation of intermediate control standards at the end of each training stage. Its structure is composed of: the conceptual part, content and procedural parameters. The content of the developed technology includes a wide range of training exercises, which are information carriers and allow programming the training process, based on the introduction of coded technological chains in the form of sequentially applied synchronizing means and training methods. The procedural link of the developed technology consists of forms of interaction between the trainer and athletes on the basis of synchronized methods of formation of rational swimming technique in the chosen way and development of special physical qualities and skills of the swimmer.
Keywords: technology, young swimmers, improving sportsmanship, synchronization of technical and physical training.
