Abstract
Today, the system of training specialists in the field of sports is one of the important components of the institution of education in each country. It is in the process of training and education of future specialists in physical education universities that those orientations are formed, including the skills, knowledge, which in the future will largely determine the "face" of the entire sphere of sports, its real place and significance in society. In this regard, the problem of training the professional athletes and high-level specialists is considered. The results of the work allow us to analyze the conceptual model of vocational education and training of future specialists in the field of sports.
