Abstract
Article is devoted to the study of the problem of forming interest in systematic sports, the use of modern sports and sports technologies, in particular, elements of rock and roll in the conditions of preschool educational institution. The effectiveness of preschool rock and roll is considered as a means of improving the physical fitness of preschoolers 6-7 years, and on this basis more successful passing the regulatory requirements of the TRP complex. In order to test the effectiveness of the developed set of exercises of acrobatic rock and roll, a pedagogical study was conducted with the participation of 20 children preparatory to the school group. It is noted that regularity, age consideration and the degree of difficulty of the exercises offered to children are important prerequisites for the training. As a result of the study it was possible to establish that the complex is complex - coordination exercises, taken from the program on acrobatic rock and roll positive.
