Assessment of the level of development of physical fitness and attention of students engaged in cyber esports

Abstract
This study examines the level of development of physical fitness and attention among the students engaged in esports, and it compares these indicators of those students, who are engaged in other sports, except the main educational program at the university. The following methods were used: to study the stability and concentration of students' attention, the test "proof-reading test" by B. Bourdon was conducted, and the level of their strength training  was studied the physical development of students. For this purpose, the control standard was chosen – flexion-extension of the arms in the stop lying on the floor. It is concluded that esports can be recommended as a supplement to the main educational program in physical culture in the form of sectional classes or elective courses in physical culture and sports at universities.
