Formation of motivation for sports gymnastics among the girls aged 5-6 years

The article presents the results of the study of sports motivation, the emotional state of gymnasts aged 5-6 years. The motives of choosing the gymnastics section among the girls ' parents were studied. The authors developed and implemented a program for the formation of motivation for gymnastics classes for girls aged 5-6 years. The results of the study can be used in the organization of the training process in preschool children engaged in gymnastics.
