Technical training of snowboarders specializing in acrobatic disciplines by means of skateboarding

Abstract
Snowboarding refers to the complex coordination sports, which includes several groups of sports disciplines. One of these groups is the acrobatic (freestyle) disciplines - halfpipe, slopestyle and big air, with the system of evaluation, based on the form of technique, where the sports performance fully depends on the level of technical preparedness of the athlete. Technical training of snowboarders is based on the high level of mastering the basic elements. One of the most effective methods of formation of the basic techniques of the sport is the organization of the artificial environment with the purpose of creating active controlling influences on motor systems of the sportsman's organism. Methods and means of teaching basics of technical training of snowboarders specializing in acrobatic disciplines with the use of a skateboard are considered in the article and also concrete recommendations are given as for the choice of the most effective exercises.
