Physical training of students before and after distance learning

The article examines the problems in teaching the discipline "Physical Culture and Sport" arising from the process of distance education, national preparedness of students. The following methods are used: analysis; diagnostic-questionnaires and testing. The study was conducted with students of 1.2 and 3 courses of Kazan State Energy University: 307 boys and 446 girls. It is concluded that physical exercise in remote mode undoubtedly helps to maintain the level of development of the quality of speed and even in some cases (in girls) to improve the quality of strength. However, the format of distance learning is no substitute for face-to-face classes under the guidance of a qualified teacher, especially in the long term.
