Research of the social sphere students-managers functional indicators of physical readiness

Abstract
The relevance of the study is due to the permanent need for constant monitoring of the functional readiness of student youth at all stages of training and continuous interactive interaction of the teaching staff in the field of teaching future professionals to the skills of independent, dynamic tracking of their own working capacity with the capabilities of functional testing. The purpose of the study was to study the degree of functional readiness of student managers of the social sphere for professional activity through affordable and low-budget functional tests, which can be used by them in independent monitoring of their performance. Research methodology and organization: the research was carried out with 78 students (65 female students and 13 male students), future managers of the social sphere, within the framework of theoretical training in the discipline "physical culture" at the State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education of the Moscow Region Academy of Public Administration. In the course of the study, the following functional tests were applied: dynamometry, Bondarevsky's test, Comprehensive endurance measure of the respiratory system, Rufier's test, Baevsky's adaptation index. Research results and discussion: As a result of the study, the presence of borderline indicators of strength readiness of students of both gender groups, a rather weak development of coordination abilities and aerobic endurance, as well as an average level of functional fitness of the cardiovascular system with a sufficient measure of its adaptation to professional and social loads. Conclusions: To ensure a higher level of performance of future managers of the social sphere, the faculty of the State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education of the Moscow Region Academy of Public Administration should pay attention to the redistribution of the academic load in physical education towards an increase in the number of classes to educate such physical qualities as agility and general endurance.
