Abstract
The purpose of the study is to determine the parameters of the motor activity of football players of student teams of various playing roles. Research methodology and organization. To determine the parameters of the motor activity of football players of student teams, the timing of the game was used, which was carried out simultaneously by four people. The study was conducted in 2018, 12 games of the student football team of the Russian State Social University were analyzed. Research results. During the match, the players covered 6.5 km on average, and the variations for the players of different playing roles were significant: midfielders covered an average of 7.4 km, forwards and defenders – 6.9 and 5.3 km, respectively. The running speed of the field players of the team ranged from 0.7 to 9-10 m/s, the length of high-speed runs averaged 0.6 km. The total number of different types of physical activity during the game was the highest among midfielders (457 units) compared to defenders (405 units) and forwards (367 units). Output. The high tension in the energy supply of the work of football players of student teams of various playing roles obliges to highlight specific requirements for the intensity of the activity of football players of different playing positions, which indicate a large range of individual fluctuations of such requirements during the game.
Keywords: physical activity, football players, student teams, playing role, movement speed.
