Reaction of physiological indicators of the body of highly qualified athletes to the performance of a competitive match in taekwondo WTF

Abstract
Improvement of training of highly qualified athletes of shock types of single combats is possible when obtaining real information about the permanent state of the functional systems of the body. In the materials of the article, in order to build effective training methods and from the perspective of an individual approach, the author analyzes the performance testing of Taekwondo athletes. The method of assessing the state of the body in the conditions of the training process in the simulation of competitive activity is analyzed. A study was conducted to study the urgent response of the body to the performance of competitive load, which is one of the main means used at various stages of the annual cycle. The obtained objective data in the simulation of competitive activity allow us to conclude that in the second round, the athletes who took part in the experiment reached the maximum oxygen consumption.
