Abstract
The article provides the analysis of the organization and availability of physical activity of graduate students in the mode of self-isolation and work in a remote format. In 2020, the population of Russia, like many other countries of the world, faced the problem of being in quarantine mode, which was caused by the threat of the spread of coronavirus infection COVID-19. Staying at home for a long period of time poses an acute problem of maintaining the physical activity of the adult population and children, adolescents and students in a distance learning format. Sedentary lifestyle and low motor activity, as a result of the forced sedentary lifestyle, have a negative impact on human health; reduce the quality of life, often causing additional and stressful tensions, posing a threat to the mental health of citizens.
