Abstract
The relevance of the study is determined by the fact that in the training process of karate athletes, specializing at the siai kata discipline on the stage of improving sportsmanship, there is not enough scientific and methodical literature on the problems of forming methodical approaches aimed at improving the specialized skills of karate players, ensuring reliability and performance of kata while increasing competition in competitive activities in modern karate WKF. The aim of the work is to justify the effectiveness of auxiliary exercises to improve and individualize the technique of performing competitive rides by 14-15 years old athletes. Research objectives: Develop and test the technique of improving the specialized skills of 14-15 years old karate cadets at the siai kata discipline. Methods and research organization. The study was conducted on the basis of Tatsuzir Karate Cheekbones for 3 months. 20 Siai kata athletes took part in the pedagogical experiment. The developed method of improving the specialized skills of the 14-15 years old karate cadets at the siai kata discipline is based on the method of stimulating influences. Also used a set of general exercises for the development of the 14-15 years old karate cadets speed. Analysis of the technique of making turns and direct movements, as well as the speed of technical and tactical action were evaluated through the "Coach's Eye" software. The results of the study. The developed technique contributes to the development of speed, agility and coordination. The maximum relative deviation in EG compared to CG is observed in the test for high-speed endurance of abdominal muscles - 33.73% (at p<0.05). In the 30 m test, the relative deviation of the EG from the KG indicator was 9.43% (at p<0.05). Conclusions. The results of the experiment allow us to talk about the need and effective improvement of the special equipment performance speed at the14-15 years old karate cadets.
Keywords: karate cadets, speed skills, temper-rhythmic characteristics, siai kata, 14-15 years old athletes.
