Methodology of independent training of students in the disciplines of physical culture and sports

Abstract
Introduction. Against the background of reduced contact work with students, the practical implementation of independent work of students in the disciplines of physical culture and sports is an important part of the work of the departments of physical education. The purpose of the research was to develop a method of independent training of students. The methodology and organization of the study. We used the following research methods: analysis of scientific and methodological literature, pedagogical observation, pedagogical testing, expert evaluation method. Research results and discussion. The article presents a summary of the methods of independent training of mixed orientation (software and training block), used in the process of independent work of students, as well as the algorithm of control (control and evaluation block). Conclusions. The choice of means, methods and load parameters is determined by the data of pedagogical observation, testing and expert evaluation.
