Problems of development of physical qualities of preschool children living in the North

Abstract
In this study, the results of using the national exercises in the physical education program for preschool children are obtained. The results obtained served for designing a physical education program taking into account the climatic seasonality of the region, which allowed improving the level of physical fitness. Many authors and researchers of the region note that children living in the North lag behind in physical development. The material studied up to the present time is relevant.
