Abstract
The high level of professionalism of employees is the basis for the effective functioning of any organization or Department. To become a highly qualified specialist, along with many of his mental and moral qualities, requires a high level of health and physical activity. Thus, maintaining and improving the health of employees of the internal Affairs Department of the Russian Federation is one of the priorities of their professional development and high performance. One of the main components of health technologies is physical exercise. Therefore, the development and practical application of concepts aimed at creating a high motivational level for independent physical training of cadets and students of educational organizations in Russia is an actual direction of training professional law enforcement officers.
