Abstract
The article presents the results of studying the effect of Scandinavian walking on the physical and functional development of women aged 30-35. The relevance of the study lies in the fact that physical activity decreases in the autumn and winter periods, and skiing is not suitable for everyone. And Scandinavian walking is the most optimal type of physical activity during these periods. The author has developed a methodology and recommendations for Scandinavian walking. The practical significance lies in the fact that the results can be used by Nordic walking instructors, as well as by amateurs of this type of motor activity during independent training.
Keywords: physical and functional state, women 30–35 years old, Scandinavian walking.
