Influence of neurohumoral regulation on the realization of physical qualities of polyathletes and sambo wrestlers

As it is known different physical qualities involve specific structure of autonomic regulation. Regular trainings of the same type of physical activity form a specific structure calls function system (FS). Understanding the general principles of FS allows to access organism’s adaptation state in a current period. Thus, the aim of this study was to discover the reliable links between sportsmen’s adaptation features and doing special exercises reflecting 4 types of physical quality. 39 sportsmen were included, the analysis was based on heart rate variability (HRV) during clinostatic and orthostatic tests. Correlation analysis (Spearman) indicated a significant correlation between adaptation features and exercises’ results. Endurance as a quality needs parasympathetic activity increase, while the speed exercises are carrying out with sympathetic and humoral-metabolic activation. Exercises based on flexibility link with increase of all autonomic nervous system parts. Acquired data confirms the idea of specification in different activity types as well as its specific regulation. The studies may help in making up the training plans for sportsmen to achieve better results.
