Organization and conducting of remote classes in the conditions of the pandemic

The authors of this article have developed training sessions, video demonstration of exercises in the conditions of coronavirus infection COVID-19. The training process in remote mode must be organized in compliance with safety precautions. Mandatory approval from the parents or the athlete's legal representative is required. It is also necessary to take into account the different home conditions of the athletes and timely adjust the daily training plan.
