Abstract
In modern football, the need to develop speed and strength training of young players has increased. In the practice of sports training, there are not enough exercises with an elastic band that allow for the purposeful development of speed and strength training. This paper presents the result of using exercises with an elastic band for the development of speed and strength training in young football players of the experimental group. As a result, the young players of the experimental group significantly improved their speed and strength training due to training sessions with an elastic band.
Keywords: physical development, speed and strength training of young football players, exercises with elastic band.
