Abstract
The question of physical training of employees of the penitentiary system in general and cadets of educational organizations of the Federal penitentiary service of Russia, in particular, has always occupied an important place. Currently, during the pandemic caused by the COVID-19 coronavirus infection, the problem of the quality of the educational process for cadets of educational organizations is quite relevant. It should be noted that often the educational process for students is conducted remotely, and physical training classes in such conditions are not just difficult, but impossible. In this regard, there is a need to develop and propose ways to conduct classes in the discipline under consideration, adapted to the conditions of the pandemic, which was the purpose of this study.
