Ensuring the effectiveness of the content of physical education at the university by applying the circular training method

Abstract
The article presents the analysis of the capabilities of the circular training method in conditions of limited academic time at the university. The results of the research aimed at experimental verification and justification of the effectiveness of the circular training method are presented. The author proves that to increase the level of students’ physical fitness in the conditions of physical education classes and limited academic time, it is recommended to use the circular training method as the main means of training.
