Application of information technologies in differentiation of motor rehabilitation in elderly persons with ischemic heart disease
Elena Igorevna Glazkova, the teacher, Volgograd State Physical Education Academy

The relevance of the study is based on the necessity and feasibility of using IT-technologies in the field of differentiation of motor rehabilitation of elderly people with coronary heart disease (IHD). The information support of this process will allow taking into account absolutely all positive and negative factors that affect the human body at various stages of the disease. The purpose of the study is to develop an information and diagnostic software module (IDPM) for analysis, assessment, prediction of the condition of a patient with coronary artery disease and planning based on the analysis of the differentiated ROS complex with a dosed load. Research objectives:
1. To develop the structure and content of the IDPM "Healthy Heart" for the analysis of the state of large IHD and the preparation of ROS programs.
2. Show the effectiveness of the proposed IDPM "Healthy Heart" in the process of complex rehabilitation of elderly people at various stages of IHD.
Research methods and organization. The study was carried out on the basis of the state budgetary specialized inpatient institution of social services for elderly citizens and disabled people of the Volgograd region "Gerontological Center" for 6 months in 2020. 24 people with coronary artery disease over 55 years old took part in the pedagogical experiment. The main research methods were: modeling of structural processes in IDPM, programming and pedagogical testing. Programming and statistical processing of the research data was carried out using the VBA algorithmic language in the Microsoft Excel 2019 environment.
Research results. IDPM "Healthy Heart" contributes to the rapid and high-quality compilation of complex ROS programs for patients with coronary artery disease, allows for anamnesis analysis, predicting the impact of ROS programs, planning and adjusting comprehensive rehabilitation programs for patients in the short and medium term. The proposed IDPM is relevant, effective and experimentally substantiated. Conclusions. On the basis of the data obtained in the course of the study, it can be concluded that the superiority of the physical state, working capacity and psychoemotional state of the EG participants in comparison with the CG is due precisely to the use of differential motor rehabilitation programs, created on the basis of the experimental program module.
