The article analyzes the optimism and activity of aviation University students, which is of great importance in ensuring the stress tolerance of future civil aviation specialists. The values and characteristics of various degrees of activity and optimism are revealed, which is of practical significance for building the effective professional and applied psychophysiological training of the pilot and civil aviation dispatcher, and serves as a means of flight safety management.
