Physical adaptation of middle-aged women with abdominal form of obesity

Abdominal obesity with the middle-aged people provokes decrease of life expectancy as well as standard of living. The article studies the dynamics of morphofunctional state of women aged 40–50 with the abdominal form of obesity of the first and the second degree. The effectiveness of complex use of cyclic treadmills, fitness-aerobics elements and healthy diet has been estimated. Conducive salutary effect of rehabilitation work on body mass index, inhalation, and functional state of heart and physical ability of the organism has been registered. The level of confidence proved to be higher in the experimental group. Investigation results verify the validity of pathogenetic and complex approach to rehabilitation methods formation.
