Role of the axiological approach in the creative design of the training process

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to develop the guidelines for the creative design of the training process from the standpoint of the axiological approach. The stages (defining tasks, the subject of knowledge, the structure of activity, and ways to perform it) and the guiding principle of creative design based on the principle of dialogically are defined. The design model is based on a heuristic principle and offers only guidelines for choosing the organization of the training process.
