Abstract
The study compared the degree of readiness of 9-10-year-old children studying in the city of Krasnodar to meet the GTO standards at the beginning and end of the 2018-2019 academic years. The purpose of the study is to study the level of readiness for GTO tests of school - age children and its annual dynamics. The study involved about 800 students. The following research methods were used in the study: pedagogical testing, statistical methods. Research result. The study allowed us to establish that students have g. There is no significant increase in the number of students who are able to meet the relevant regulatory requirements during the school year. Conclusions. It is established that the annual dynamics of readiness to meet the standards of GTO tests of modern schoolchildren of Krasnodar 9-10 years is insufficient and is, on average, 11.4%; during the school year, there is no significant increase in the number of students who successfully coped with the relevant requirements for the badge of distinction; students of 9-10 years are more successful in coping with GTO tests "by choice" than with "mandatory" tests, which indicates the inharmonious formation of physical qualities.
