Features of preparation highly qualified striking athletes Olympic martial arts

Abstract
The aim of the study was to substantiate new approaches to the formation of competitive readiness of athletes of percussion types of Olympic single combats in the realization mesocycle by means of conjugate training. The structure of sports training management of highly qualified martial artists is presented and the content of its blocks is revealed: observation of an athlete, an athlete's model, recommendations for organizing the training process, planning further influences. By means of search experiments, the optimal parameters of training loads were determined, which are given in an approximate pre-competition microcycle.
