Abstract
The aim of the study is to develop a criterion-evaluative apparatus for testing the effectiveness of cluster interaction of social institutions in the regional educational space in the direction of forming a culture of students' health. Evaluation of the results of the effectiveness of cluster interaction in this case must be carried out at three levels (regional, municipal and institutional) by means of two types of criteria: procedural and substantive. Procedural criteria make it possible to identify the effectiveness of organizational, personnel and intellectual-activity support of joint activities of the subjects of cluster interaction. The substantive criteria include structurally correlated criteria for assessing the level of health-preserving professional competence of teachers and the culture of students' health.
Keywords: criteria and performance indicators, cluster interaction of social institutions, health culture of students.
