Abstract
Based on the results of the study of the theoretical material and the practical aspect of the problem, the article substantiates the stages in the process of which there is an increase in the quality of practical exercises on physical training in educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, ways of increasing the level of training of employees of internal affairs bodies to perform operational and service tasks. The results of the scientific research made it possible to substantiate the possibilities of using specially applied physical exercises in practical classes during specially directed physical training, which in turn increased the level of special, physical and mental readiness.
