Abstract
The experience of existing methods of assessing the physical fitness of students is analyzed. The author's methodology for assessing the physical fitness of a student "K2" is justified and proposed, which allows ensuring the student's involvement in the process of their physical development and self-development. The methodology is based on the visualization of the student's physical fitness assessment, which provides visibility, perception, and understanding of the meaning of the data obtained and their analysis
