Abstract
The article examines the place and role of physical qualities in improving game movements in the educational and training process of young badminton players. The effectiveness of using the simulator to improve special physical training has been studied and confirmed. The aim of the study was to establish the effectiveness of using the simulator to improve playing movements to improve the physical qualities of young badminton players. To solve the problem, a pedagogical experiment was carried out in two groups of 20 people in each: control (without using a simulator) and experimental (with using a simulator).
The research results showed significantly better dynamics of physical qualities indices growth in the experimental group in comparison with the control group, which confirms the effectiveness of the simulator use in training practice. The use of the simulator allows improving the indicators of physical fitness and competitive prospects of athletes.
