Individual assessment of 9-17 years old girls’ physical readiness as a prospective direction of increasing efficiency learning process

The interrelation of length and body weight indicators at girls of 9 - 17 years decided on results of the training program tests on physical culture by us. Research objective was to reveal the importance of anthropometrical indicators in motive opportunities of girls at the age of 9-17 years. A task was to define influence of length and weight indicators of girls on their productivity in test tasks of the school program. Methods and research organization. Research was conducted in Konobeevskaya Municipal school No. 99 at Voskresensky district, the Moscow region. Research methods: analysis of references, methods of an assessment of anthropometrical indicators, pedagogical control tests, methods of mathematical statistics. Results of research. Anthropometrical indicators of girls selectively influenced results of test tasks: in one exercise (a grenade throwing) big body weight (in the certain range) promotes increase of their productivity, in others (run on 100 m,) advantage rather tall and easy schoolgirls on weight have a long jump and a high jump, and into the third (to endurance) the priority passes run to schoolgirls of average height and rather small weight. Conclusion. Undoubtedly, specifics of realization of motive abilities of girls depending on the constitution of their body that allows them to realize the potential opportunities more stoutly are traced.
