Influence of physical fitness on sports results in martial artists

Great attention should be paid to the physical fitness of martial artists. There is a need to find and develop new effective methods for developing physical qualities. Martial arts by the nature and composition of physical exercises are attractive for young people. Among a number of factors that determine interest in martial arts is the availability of tools in the Arsenal that ensure the development of coordination abilities, strength, flexibility, speed, speed and strength indicators, as well as personal safety in various situations. The article analyzes and presents the need to take into account and identify the prevailing physical qualities of sports training of martial artists in order to achieve high results. The purpose of this work was to determine such physical qualities and scientifically justify the management of the training process of martial artists, which in turn makes it possible to properly organize training sessions and choose a method. Conclusion: significant statistical relationships were found between athletic performance and physical qualities such as strength and coordination.
