Abstract
The article presents the results of the authors' research on the substantiation of psychological and pedagogical conditions necessary for training marathon runners, taking into account the peculiarities of the mechanism of energy supply of muscle activity (MEMD). As the main psychological and pedagogical conditions necessary for the training of marathon runners taking into account the peculiarities of MEMD, the authors note the need to include in the training process individual plans and training programs for marathon runners with a mixed and aerobic MEMD type. At the same time, great attention should be paid to the use of special exercise groups for marathon runners with a mixed and aerobic MEMD type, as well as the differentiated selection of training methods for marathon runners with a different MEMD type. Much attention in the process of preparing marathon runners should be paid to the constant search for ways to increase the level of motivation for training, the formation of an attitude for them to overcome the difficulties of the training process, as well as the development of objective criteria for assessing the development of physical qualities and functional state of marathon runners with different types of MEMD.
Keywords: psychological and pedagogical conditions; marathoners; Muscle Energy Mechanism (MEMD); means and methods of training.
