In 2019, there were changes in the international rules of competitions in cheer sports. The duration of the musical part of the program in cheerleading decreased by fifteen seconds, therefore, the content of the composition should also change. The purpose of the study was to determine the content of competitive programs in group disciplines in cheerleading with a duration of the musical part of the composition of one hundred and thirty-five seconds. In 2020, a study was conducted that helped create an idea of the content of competitive programs, taking into account the time of two minutes thirty seconds. Compositions of winners and prize-winners of the World Cup, Europe and Russia were analyzed. Based on the data obtained, for the first time, the content of the musical part of the program was calculated when one hundred and thirty-five seconds were timed. In competitive programs in the disciplines of the cheerleading group, the quantitative indicator of movements should decrease by three elements and be twenty-five exercises. The timing of each parameter in the program was determined and the time spent on integrity and connecting artistic transitions between elements was revealed. The results of the study will help optimize the training process and serve as a guide to the construction of competitive programs in cheer sports.
