Organizational and methodological aspects of improving the effectiveness of physical culture classes with students of special medical groups

Abstract
Decrease in the level of physical fitness of applicants, the stable continuing quantitative composition of special medical groups, insufficient interest and satisfaction of students with physical education activities actualize the need to find ways to increase the effectiveness of teaching this discipline. The purpose of the study is to summarize the practical experience of optimizing the educational process in the discipline "Physical Culture" with students of the special medical group at the department of physical education. The proposed methods of implementing the principles of health-improving orientation and differentiated approach are focused on the optimal selection of means and methods of physical education, taking into account morphofunctional disorders and the physical state of the student body, rational load distribution, conscious activity assignment of physical culture values by students and creative attitude of teachers to the organization of physical education.
