Abstract
The article presents the study of the kinematic parameters of the skating technique of skiers at the stages of sports training. With advanced training, skiers observe a smaller number of cycles, a longer cycle length, a shorter cycle time and a greater harmonious course. Criteria of assessment of technical preparation of skiers at stages of sports training are proposed, which allow determining limiting factors of technical skill, to select means and methods of improvement of special preparation of skiers.
Keywords: cross-country skiing, skiers, sports reserve, many years of preparation, technical preparation, kinematic parameters of technique.
