Analysis of sports injuries in mas-wrestling

Abstract
Objective of the study: to determine the most common types of sports injuries in mas-wrestling. During the academic year, observations were carried out over 14 athletes involved in mas-wrestling, of which 7 are novice athletes, 7 are qualified athletes. In the course of the study, the nature and severity of injuries to the musculoskeletal system in the observed athletes, obtained during training and competitive activities, were recorded. It was revealed that the most common sports injuries in mas-wrestling are: damage to the skin of the palms in the form of lacerated wounds, damage to the muscles of the back, the upper shoulder girdle and the posterior group of the thigh muscles. At the same time, the number of injuries among qualified athletes is greater than among novice athletes, and the number of injuries received during competition is greater than the number of injuries received during training.
